Among the joint dose experiments , the antagonism of selenium and mercury is the most evident in the rats with 2 : 1 mol - ratio of selenium and mercury but the least in the rats with 1 : 2 mol - ratio of selenium and mercury . the results also showed that there are two essential conditions for good antagonistic effect of selenium and mercury and 1 : 1 mol - ratio relationship of selenium and mercury in the most organs ( liver , gland , spleen , stomach and lungs ) . one is that the content of mercury is more than 100nmol / g , and another is the 2 : 1 dose ratio of selenium and mercury 總體而言,雌性大鼠對硒、汞毒性的拮抗作用與雄性大鼠相比時更為敏感;相同性別的大鼠體內(nèi),聯(lián)合高劑量時硒、汞的拮抗作用最明顯,聯(lián)合中劑量時,拮抗效果相對不明顯,而聯(lián)合低劑量時,拮抗效果最差;聯(lián)合摩爾劑量比為2 : 1 ( se : hg )和汞的積累濃度大于100nmol g ,是大鼠體內(nèi)大部分組織器官(肝臟、胸腺、脾、胃、肺)中四川大學碩士學位論文硒、汞等摩爾比積累的兩個必要條件,同時也是硒、汞的相互作用產(chǎn)生最佳桔抗效果的兩個重要前提。
Basing on the mcnp software , the author solved the matter by calculating the value of point to replacing the value of cell or surface . the research searched out a new means to solve similar matters . by using the studying result , the author programmed the gamma code , with the interface of window , which can simulate the course that a y - detector measures the radioactivity in soil and calculate the dose ratio and the chart of energy deposition 作者以以上方法為基礎開發(fā)出了就地譜儀模擬軟件gamma ,軟件基于mcnp軟件平臺,具有可視化接口,用于模擬譜儀現(xiàn)場測量,可視化窗口界面使用戶可以方便地調節(jié)探測器內(nèi)部結構的幾何尺寸及窗材料、測量高度、射線能量及發(fā)射率、核素在土壤中的分布規(guī)律等參數(shù),方便工程技術人員的使用。
